The Experience

Bring your partner to the proposal venue and they are shocked to discover a beautiful setup. There is a stunning floral heart arch with a “Will You Marry Me?” Neon Sign. Leading up to the arch are LED candles, petals, and roses. You walk your partner up to the floral heart, drop to your knee and propose. Available daily. Additional fees will apply on major holidays.
NO set ups to be done during special events with street closures New Years Eve, and marathons
This package cannot be done in a small hotel room, only in a large suite.
Reservations require 7 days notice
Proposal is non-refundable
It can only be set up outdoors after sunset from late May-October due to excessive heat.
Sparklers must be approved to be used by the venue prior to set up.
Letters may be different than pictured. All depending on availability.
If a generator is needed there is an extra fee.
In the event of inclement weather, proposal may be rescheduled within 90 days. If rescheduling is not available due to travel plans, The Heart Bandits will attempt to accommodate.
It is the Client’s responsibility to obtain any permits if an outdoor location is desired.
