You MUST confirm availability with The Heart Bandits before booking
Venue management has the right to cancel any bookings if there’s an event/buyout. In the rare event that this happens, we will try to find a new location or can set up in your hotel.
In inclement weather, the setup may be moved indoors at the venue’s discretion
For the heart arch upgrade, it can only be done outdoors after sunset from late May-October due to excessive heat.
Available before 8pm daily
Rental is for a private section of the rooftop, there may be other guests on the rooftop during your reservation
Proposal is non-refundable and occurs rain or shine
Proposal may be rescheduled with 7 days notice. Upon rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate your new date but no guarantees can be made.
