Our proposals are final sale due to the time and work dedicated to securing venues, vendors, and permits. However, we do offer rescheduling options when possible please review the terms in your contract or contact your Napa Proposal Planner for details.
Yes we partner with top photographers, musicians, florists, and venues across Wine Country. We only work with vendors experienced in proposal execution and timeline management so your experience is seamless.
You have options. Depending on the package, you can reschedule, but we also understand that many clients are visiting the Napa Wine Country and may not have that flexibility. If your proposal needs to happen as planned, we’ll explore all alternatives including moving to a covered location, switching to one of our indoor venues (if available), or setting up at a venue you provide.

Where to Propose in Napa
Known as one of the best wine regions in the world, Napa is the perfect place to have a romantic proposal. Propose with views of gorgeous vineyards, romantic rolling hills, and stunning architecture. Get started on creating your dream Napa proposal ideas and proposal packages today!
Wineries (Obviously)
Known for some of the best wines in the world, Napa Valley has amazing wineries that you can propose at. Many of these wineries have beautiful main architectural buildings and views of their vineyards and the hills. In addition to wine tasting rooms, many wineries offer special tours of their cellars and vineyards. Some of our favorites include Milliken Creek, Viader, and Schramsberg. Though not many have exclusive areas that can be rented if you want something more private/luxurious, you can contact the Proposal Planners at The Heart Bandits to more assistance.
Ballooning
Does your partner make your heart soar? Why not soar together? The rolling green countryside and picturesque vineyards of Napa Valley make for a breathtaking views from the basket of a hot air balloon. A hot air balloon ride will let you have a private proposal but majestic setting, and the fresh air and sweeping vista will only add to the exhilaration of the moment.
Safari
Located just an hour outside of Napa, Safari West is a wildlife park spanning 400 acres. Over 600 exotic animals roam the grounds in natural settings, allowing a thrilling peek into the life of the African Serengeti. Make a reservation to take a private jeep tour with only your sweetheart and a guide. Perhaps you would like to go down on one knee surrounded by a stately herd of giraffes, or maybe a night in an African safari camp will set the right mood. If you wish, you can reserve a spot in an elegant- and private- tent or cottage. This is an ideal opportunity for the animal lover or the adventurer, and will provide memories that last a lifetime.
Hiking
Skyline Wilderness Park offers 850 acres of trails and wild lands to explore, including a short and scenic trail that leads to the stunning Lake Marie. If you are in love with a nature nut, then perhaps you should sweep her off her feet with a hike into the depths of the park. You can even arrange a horseback ride along the 25 miles of beautiful trails, and pause in the midst of untouched nature to go down on one knee.
