Price depends on your chosen location, inclusions, and any add-ons like photography or videography. Yes! Your proposal location is included in every package price, whether it’s a public NYC landmark like Central Park or the Brooklyn Bridge (permit fees may apply depending on the package), or a private rooftop or indoor space. Want somewhere we don’t already offer? We can often source and secure it as part of custom planning.

Photography and videography are among our most popular add-ons, and most couples include one or both. You’ll receive professionally edited photos and/or video, with a content creator option also available.

Absolutely. Every proposal is personally planned by one of our founders. You’re never handed off to an assistant so you get direct, experienced guidance on what fits your vision and budget. For dedicated help, our $495 Proposal Strategy Session provides custom concepts and is credited toward custom planning if you book.

It depends on the setting. Some experiences take place in fully private spaces like a penthouse or rooftop, while others use iconic public landmarks such as Central Park or DUMBO. For the latter, we plan around timing and positioning to keep the moment as intimate as possible even in a public setting.

You have options. Depending on your package, we can reschedule, move to a covered or indoor location, or set up at a venue you provide. For couples visiting NYC on a tight timeline, we’ll walk you through the best alternative so the proposal can still happen as planned.

Yes! Guests are welcome at most locations, up to venue capacity limits. Just let us know how many people you’d like to include when you book, and we’ll plan the setup and timing around them.

Proposals are final sale once booked, since securing venues, vendors, and permits takes real time and cost upfront but rescheduling is available when needed. Exact terms are outlined in your contract, and your New York Proposal Planner can walk you through your options directly.

Most packages have a minimum of 7 days, but we recommend booking as soon as you have a date in mind. Popular weekends, holidays, and peak proposal season (spring and fall) fill up fastest for prime NYC locations, so booking several weeks ahead gives you the most flexibility on setup, timing, and add-ons.
