While you’re away, our team transforms the space with glowing candlelight, rose petals, framed photos of the two of you, and chilled champagne for celebrating after the big “yes.” You simply give us access and a two-hour window – we take care of the rest.

  • Available daily from 9 AM–8 PM with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Additional fees may apply on major holidays.
  • A minimum 2-hour access window is required for our team to complete the room transformation.
  • The room must remain vacant during the entire setup window so our team can safely and efficiently complete the transformation and preserve the surprise.
  • Client is responsible for arranging access to the room or residence prior to setup, such as leaving a key with the hotel front desk or another agreed-upon location.
  • The standard package is designed for a standard-size hotel room. Suites and larger rooms may require the Enhanced Room Design upgrade. Oversized penthouses and private residences may require a custom décor quote.
  • Champagne is included where permitted and with proof of legal drinking age. If alcohol is not permitted, sparkling cider will be provided.
  • Reservations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Decor provided with the room makeover is yours to keep. Cleanup and removal after the proposal are not included.
